High Precision Oil Filtration Cart
The WIRES High Precision Oil Filtration Cart is engineered for applications demanding the cleanest oil, such as servo-valve hydraulic systems, precision machine tools, and turbine lube oil. A vertical stack of fine filter housings — often with transparent sight-glass bowls — delivers absolute-rated 3-5 µm filtration through multiple stages, pushing oil cleanliness to NAS 1638 Class 4 or better. Mounted on a polished stainless skid with caster wheels, the unit includes differential pressure gauges on each stage so operators can see exactly when elements need replacement. These are standard product line specifications; element materials, flow, and bypass settings can be customized.
