Coalescing Oil Purifier
The WIRES Coalescing Oil Purifier is a liquid/liquid separation system designed to remove free and mechanically emulsified water from hydrocarbon fluids such as diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and light turbine oil. Fluid flows first through a coalescing stage where tiny water droplets are merged into larger drops, then through a hydrophobic separator stage that rejects the coalesced water to the sump while clean oil passes through. The result is a dry, particle-free oil with water content below 100 ppm. The skid includes a vertical stainless coalescence-separation vessel, feed pump, motor, differential pressure gauges, and a bottom drain. These are standard product line specifications.
