High Viscosity Oil Purifier
The WIRES High Viscosity Oil Purifier is built specifically for heavy, waxy fluids that resist pumping — such as industrial gear oil, circulating cylinder oil, residue fuel, and used engine oil. An insulated horizontal heating tank brings the oil down to pumpable viscosity before it reaches a heavy-duty gear pump, after which multi-stage filtration removes wear metals, carbon, and soot. The insulated piping and heating control keep the whole loop at optimal temperature, preventing pressure spikes and element collapse. These are standard product line specifications; heater power, flow, and element rating are sized to your actual oil grade.
