Vacuum Oil Purifier
The WIRES Vacuum Oil Purifier is a full-system fluid regeneration unit that combines heating, vacuum dehydration, degassing, and fine filtration to restore used transformer, turbine, and lubricating oil to new-oil standards. Wet oil is heated gently and sprayed into a vacuum drying tower where free and dissolved water and gases flash off under high vacuum; vapor is condensed in an overhead condenser, while dry oil is pumped through a multi-stage fine filter. The unit reaches vacuum degree up to -0.095 MPa, reducing water content below 5-10 ppm and dissolved gas below 0.1%. These are standard product line specifications; flow, heating power, and automation can be upgraded.
