WIRES Multi-layer Sintered Wire Mesh Filter
The WIRES multi-layer sintered wire mesh filter is a rigid, precision filtration media panel manufactured by stacking and vacuum-sintering multiple layers of stainless steel woven wire cloth into a single homogeneous plate. The controlled layer arrangement creates a graded pore structure with consistent absolute-rated filtration from 2 to 60 μm. Unlike single-layer wire cloth, the sintered construction eliminates mesh migration, provides high structural rigidity, and delivers uniform surface flow distribution across the entire disc area. Available as round discs, square plates, or custom geometries welded into candle cartridges, cone baskets, or cylindrical cartridges.
