WIRES Raw Material Process Filter Housing
The WIRES raw material process filter housing is a heavy-duty stainless steel pressure vessel engineered for continuous filtration of high-viscosity raw materials such as resins, polymers, inks, adhesives, pigments, and specialty chemicals. Unlike disposable bag housings, this unit integrates a motorized self-cleaning scraper mechanism or automatic back-flush port that removes accumulated solids without stopping production. A pressure gauge monitors differential pressure across the element, triggering automated cleaning cycles. The 316L construction with sanitary clamp or flange connections ensures cleanability and compliance with food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical-grade processing requirements.
