Industrial Dust Collection Filter Bag
The WIRES Dust Collection Filter Bag is a high-efficiency needle-felt sleeve engineered for pulse-jet and reverse-air baghouse dust collectors. Fabricated from woven or needled non-woven media selected for the specific dust, temperature, and chemical environment, each bag is precision-sewn with reinforced seams, a galvanized or stainless snap-band (or cuff) at the clean-air end, and a securely closed bottom. Surface treatments such as singeing, calendering, silicone coating, or ePTFE membrane are available to reduce dust penetration, ease cake release, and extend bag life. For high-temperature metallurgical service, stainless steel fiber sintered bags are available that operate continuously up to 600 °C. Custom dimensions, media weights, and top-end configurations are produced to match every baghouse make and model.
