HEPA and Medium Efficiency Box Air Filter
The WIRES HEPA and Medium Efficiency Box Air Filter is a rigid separator-style deep-pleated filter designed for final-stage and intermediate filtration in cleanrooms, operating theaters, pharmaceutical filling lines, electronics assembly, and industrial ventilation systems. Mini-pleat or separator-style glassfiber media packs are sealed into a galvanized sheet-steel or stainless steel casing with continuous polyurethane gasketing, eliminating bypass. Filters are manufactured to EN1822 and individually scan-tested on request, with efficiencies from F8/F9 medium-efficiency up to H13 and H14 HEPA. The low-resistance design maintains stable airflow while protecting process air quality.
