Bag Filter Housing Element
The WIRES Bag Filter Housing Element is a complete drop-in replacement assembly consisting of a perforated stainless steel support basket and a sewn filter bag sleeve, designed for use in standard multi-bag and single-bag filter housings in liquid and gas process service. The perforated SS304/316L basket mechanically supports the filter bag under full line pressure, while the felt bag captures suspended solids. Bag media — polypropylene, polyester, nylon, or PTFE — is selected for chemical compatibility and required micron rating. The assembly installs quickly from the housing lid and can be changed without tools. Flange, threaded, or bolted housing designs from standard process-filter vendors are fully interchangeable.
